  3. We ask the same four questions every single time: What revision? What's included? What's the warranty on wear surfaces? What's your lead time if we need a replacement?

The vendor who lists all fees upfront—even if the total looks higher—usually costs less in the end. That's been my experience 8 times out of 10. It's not about the lowest quote. It's about the quote you can trust.
